enterprise architect requirements

Skills and experiences required:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Strategy and IT architecture development, Understanding of IT trends and capabilities and their implication on business strategy
• 3+ years of experience in a position of senior or managing consultant in a leading consulting company or CIO role
• 3+ years of experience in assessing and/or defining key elements of enterprise application, business or technical architecture, service management
• 3+ years of experience in industry standards for IT effectiveness and performance management as well as cost management and benchmarking
• 2+ years of experience in Developing cost-benefit cases for IT investments
• 3+ years of experience in any of the following industries: Banking, Telecommunications, Utilities, Government/Public, Oil&Gas
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in fundamental consulting and operations strategy tools, methods, and frameworks
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Executive-level interpersonal and writing skills in Russian and English languages
• Resistance to stress
